Deliveries & Returns
Everything you need to know about receiving and returning your order.
Deliveries
- Delivery within 2 to 3 working days inside the Kingdom.
- Delivery within 5 to 7 working days for international orders.
Online Returns
In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within 3 days of order receipt, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused, and in full sellable condition.
- Shoes must be in brand-new condition and without any damage.
- Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached.
- Please note that accessories cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned with the brand tag still attached.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item(s) have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.
